I began this business because there is nothing more rewarding than helping others gain confidence.
I have been working within the fitness industry for over 10 years. Managing and mentoring people nationally. I wanted to apply what i had learnt, and bring health and fitness to you. I never want someone to feel unconfident, worried or scared about exercise or training. The gym environment can heighten that fear. So I decided to remove that obstacle. Let us to come you. Jess has been my personal trainer for almost 5 years. She is reliable, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She has a very versatile style of training and ca adapt to the surroundings she is working in. I have found that Jess will work with you to help you achieve your dream body.
A persistent wrist injury meant I couldn’t Do my old routine of Body Pump and Body Balance and I was struggling with motivation and enthusiasm in the gym by myself. Local PT has been great in coming up with exercises and variations to work around my wrist problem and amazing in correcting my technique and weaknesses in other areas. I never thought I would lounge properly!!
I met Jess last year, after being diagnosed with an under active thyroid. I had been having a rubbish time, the thyroid issue affected every part of me, physically and mentally I was no in a good place. I was really self conscious as I put a lot of weight on, but Jess instantly made me feel better. She helps me gain some of my confidence back and feel better about myself, which I hadn’t felt in a long time.

Training and exercising whilst pregnant is a great way to keep control of your weight gain, maintain your fitness level and help your energy levels. There are very few limits to exercise whilst pregnant, but all needs to be done controlled and with the support of a pre and post natal qualified fitness professional. Get the most out of your training and feel safe, for you and your baby.
